If you are not pleased with your purchase, simply return it to us for a replacement or refund.


Please note that the item must not have been altered in any way.

There is no need to wait for a return authorization number, simply return the item to us via the United States Postal Service (return postage to be paid by buyer) and indicate if you would prefer a replacement or a refund.


Personalized and/or engraved items without defect are NOT Returnable.



Replacement: We will ship a new item to you at no charge.



Refund: We will refund the price of the item less shipping charges.
